What a Wonderful Weekend

Another wonderful weekend has come and gone so quickly.  Saturday morning nice and early we headed to Melbourne, picking up my stitching buddy Shez on the way.  A day of stitching with lovely Gail Pan and Debbie Busby from Wooden Spool Designs was why we were both so excited, not to mention the fact that we were staying with my gorgeous friend Keryn overnight and we would get to catch up with other stitching buddies while we were there.  So here's some of what we got up to -

Gail and Debbie
This was the naughty side of the table. Mel, Keryn and I behaved ourselves impeccably.

Our goodie bag was amazing. These two beautiful wool projects were Debbie's.  I worked on the gorgeous little elf.
And from Gail we received these projects, which had been pre-printed for us - a xmas pincushion and needlecase, and also -
this gorgeous bag pattern, which I also made a start on.
Some more of Debbie's beautiful wool designs.
A new, soon to be released quilt pattern from Gail using her new fabric range.
We had the best day.  And the best weekend.  Thankyou to my gorgeous friends Keryn and Ross for having us stay. We had lots of laughs and were spoilt rotten with Keryn's beautiful cooking and hospitality and a visit to the Christmas shop.  Will show you more soon. Cheryl
